CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS| RESCHEDULING| LATE FEES - Cancellations within 24 hours it will be charged 100% of the service price and deposit are non refundable. - Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of total service fee and deposits are non refundable. - All appointment changes can be made by your confirmation text/email - No shows will no longer be serviced + charged full service fee. - you will be given a 15 min grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late. We might need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. All deposits and treatments are non-refundable.
